Your Mission
VoiceLine is building out a new dedicated product area — and this role owns it. You are the PM from day one, working with a dedicated designer and full-stack engineer to ship and evolve the product. At the same time, you own the commercial side: go-to-market strategy, pricing, channel partnerships, and the path to scale.
The specifics of the product area will be shared in the first conversation — what matters here is the shape of the role. This is a full product management role with a broader mandate. You are not just building a great product — you are building a business, and you are accountable for both.
You succeed when this product area has a clear commercial model, a validated go-to-market motion, active channel partnerships, and a credible path to scale — first in Germany, then across Europe and beyond.

Your Tasks
Absorb the space and define the opportunity
  • Conduct in-depth discovery with existing customers already active in this use case — understand what's working, what's missing, and what they'd pay for.
  • Immerse yourself in the relevant customer environments to develop first-hand insight into how the use case plays out on the ground.
  • Map the competitive landscape: who else is solving this problem, how, and at what price?
  • Synthesise your findings into a clear opportunity definition, business case, and set of strategic options for leadership.
Develop the business model and go-to-market strategy
  • Define the revenue model: standalone product vs. bundle, pricing structure, and how it sits relative to VoiceLine's core platform.
  • Design a go-to-market strategy — which buyer personas, which channels, and how we reach and convert them at scale.
  • Develop a product-led acquisition motion that takes advantage of the unique structural properties of this sales channel.
  • Lay out the internationalisation path: Germany first, then Europe, then globally.
Build and own channel partnerships
  • Identify, approach, and develop partnership models with key players in the relevant ecosystem.
  • Negotiate cooperation frameworks that give VoiceLine privileged access to the right audiences.
  • Represent VoiceLine in relevant external partner conversations and industry contexts.
Own the product and ship
  • Lead product development from day one with a dedicated designer and full-stack engineer: set the roadmap, write specs, run discovery, and ship.
  • Ensure every product decision is grounded in validated commercial need — you are both the PM and the person accountable for whether the product sells.
  • Work closely with the CPO to keep this area aligned with VoiceLine’s broader product strategy and technology platform.

Dein Profil

  • You have at least 3 years of proven product management experience: you have owned a product area end-to-end, run discovery, written specs, worked closely with engineers and designers, and shipped. You know what good PM work looks like because you’ve done it.
  • You have a track record of successful product launches: you have taken products from concept to market, seen them land with customers, and iterated based on real-world feedback. You can point to concrete outcomes.
  • You are exceptionally strong at go-to-market : you have designed and executed GTM strategies, not just contributed to them. You understand buyer personas, channel selection, pricing, and the mechanics of how B2B products get sold and adopted at scale.
  • You thrive in high-velocity, high-ambiguity environments: strategy consulting at a top-tier firm, a VC-backed startup scaling fast, or a similar context where you have been expected to figure things out, move quickly, and deliver results without hand-holding.
  • You are entrepreneurially minded :owning a new business area from scratch energises rather than intimidates you. You are comfortable being the person who sets the direction, not just executes it.
  • You are an outstanding communicator: structured, direct, and credible with senior stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams alike.
  • You are deeply analytical: you can build a business case, stress-test a pricing model, and synthesise customer discovery into sharp, actionable insight.
  • German (business-fluent) and English (fluent) are both required.
  • You are AI-native: you use AI tools fluently in your day-to-day work and bring genuine thinking about AI’s role in products.
  • You graduated from a top-tier university.
