Deine Aufgaben
Your Mission
As the core Data Engineer, you will own the data backbone that powers Voiceline's field sales intelligence platform. You'll architect and scale the core data objects, ETL pipelines, and interfaces that connect CRM systems, AI agents, and third-party SaaS tools — turning raw field data into structured, actionable workflows. From designing robust database schemas and optimizing complex queries to building a reliable data provider layer for both technical clients and AI interfaces, you'll be the architect who keeps the system coherent as it grows. You'll identify bottlenecks before they become problems, establish procedures and rules that scale, and collaborate closely with the backend team on architecture, security, and data modeling decisions that shape the product's foundation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own core data objects, structure and the interfaces
- Craft ETL processes and setup tooling solving scaling problems
- Instantiate a data provider center to technical clients and AI interfaces
- Act as the central data interface across all product and engineering tribes — gathering requirements, translating them into data structures, and keeping stakeholders informed
- Identify bottlenecks, decide for procedures and rules and help shape the product if needed
- Engage with the tech & product team in topics like architecture, DB design, optimal querying and security
- Work closely with a dynamic team in a VC-financed, rapidly growing company
