Product Designer (f/m/d)

VoiceLine is an ambitious, VC-backed startup at the forefront of voice and AI technology. We’re building an AI Assistant Platform for field sales, enabling sales organizations to sell more, make the right decisions with powerful market analytics, and coach their team to excellence on scale.

We work in the interface between voice input, AI, and complex CRM workflows, which poses real and interesting design challenges.

As a member of VoiceLine’s design team, you will be a crucial part of our journey with a direct impact on our product and visual identity. This includes:

• Own product features end-to-end within your area - from understanding the real user problem, to delivering thoughtful UX and high-quality UI, to shipping and following up on adoption and improvements.
• Actively seek out user, stakeholder, and data-driven feedback to continuously test and improve both new and existing features.
• Work with and expand our design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to understand and design for the entire lifecycle of the user experience.

The role also comes with room for growth and taking on more responsibility, as we continue to grow VoiceLine.

• You have solid hands-on experience in Product Design, working across UX and UI with a user-centric focus.
• You bring a strong visual eye and care deeply about craft, especially in modern mobile and web applications.
• You are comfortable translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• You work confidently in Figma with all of its capabilities.
• You actively use AI in your design workflow and are excited about pushing it further.
• You are capable of communicating and explaining the reasoning of your design decisions. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. 
• You are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
• You are collaborative, proactive, and motivated by solving real user problems as part of a team.

• You have experience from running a freelancing business or being part of early-stage startups.
• You ship your designs to code with the help of AI.
• You have German language skills in addition to being fluent in English.
