You are responsible for building and managing partnerships across technology, platform, and implementation partners.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with software and platform partners, including joint go-to-market and co-selling activities.
Enable partners to successfully position, sell, and deploy VoiceLine through onboarding, coordination, and ongoing collaboration.
Drive measurable business results through partnerships, including jointly generated pipeline and successful customer go-lives.
Act as the central interface between partners and internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Represent VoiceLine at partner meetings, events, and industry formats, and proactively strengthen relationships through regular touchpoints.
You have experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development in a B2B software or technology-driven environment.
You are a strong, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and representing a product externally.
You understand how partner ecosystems work and feel comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.
You are commercially minded and motivated by clear outcomes such as pipeline, deals, or partner success.
You work in a structured, independent way and are able to manage multiple partners in parallel.
You are open to occasional travel and enjoy in-person collaboration at meetings and events.
You have fluent English and German skills (written and spoken).
