Your Mission

Own and improve product delivery end-to-end

Take responsibility for the technical product delivery journey, from pre-sales scoping and implementation design to live customer workspaces.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of complexity across integrations, configuration, and rollout processes.

Drive stakeholder alignment and requirements clarity

Actively engage with customer and internal stakeholders such as CRM managers, IT teams, project leads, as well as Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering.
Translate business and technical requirements into clear, structured product initiatives and priorities.

Shape technical product architecture and scalability

Identify opportunities to standardize, modularize, and simplify workspace configurations across customers.
Contribute to architectural decisions with a strong focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.

Enable self-service and low-/no-code delivery

Measure impact and continuously improve

Define and track success metrics such as time-to-live, setup effort, engineering touchpoints, and issue resolution paths.
Use insights from delivery, customer feedback, and internal teams to continuously refine product workflows and tooling.

Your Profile

1-2 years of experience (including intern/working student roles) in Product Manager, Software Engineering, Technical Program Manager, or similar role.
Completed degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field.
You have solid coding literacy: you don’t need to write production code, but you understand code, system interactions, and architectural trade offs.
You are an excellent communicator and feel comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and on the customer side.
You enjoy structured problem solving and have a strong ability to break down complex systems into scalable, repeatable solutions.
You are curious, pragmatic, and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership, a drive to continuously improve how things work, and an excitement for AI topics and improving AI-powered tools.
Knowledge in legacy enterprise system stacks like CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems is a plus.
German language skills are highly preferred, fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
