Your Mission
As a Customer Success Manager on our team, you will play a key role in shaping our customer journey to deliver the best possible product experience. You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to help us deliver added value and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • You are the primary contact for our active customers and develop our customer portfolio to turn PoCs into successful accounts and long-term customers.
  • You are responsible for the successful activation of our customers by conducting trainings and workshops.
  • You will analyze data from your customer interactions and work closely with our founding team to gradually professionalize and standardize our customer service.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to prepare business cases and presentations to present to C-level decision-makers to win PoCs and deals.
  • You have a deep understanding of our customers' needs to identify potential improvements to our product and share these insights with the product team.
  • You will be responsible for creating case studies and/or white papers on the successful implementation of VoiceLine in our customers' sales teams.

Your Profile
  • You are fluent in German and English. Our clients are generally German-speaking, and we communicate internally in English, as we also have some international colleagues.
  • You'll be one of the first people on our Customer Success team. You're motivated to build something from the ground up. You're able to work independently and take on responsibility.
  • You are a talented organizer and have a highly structured approach to work. You can design, implement, and continuously improve processes. You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Even with multiple parallel projects, you keep a cool head and prioritize strategically.
  • You are empathetic and have excellent communication skills with people at all management levels
  • You enjoy talking to customers, building relationships with them, and working diligently so that customers accept you as a trusted advisor.
  • You have a basic technical understanding of digital products.
