Your Mission
  • Drive Enterprise SaaS Sales:
    Own the sales process from start to finish, targeting Germany’s Mittelstand and enterprise sectors. Help drive our expansion in key markets and make a direct impact on revenue growth.

  • Proactively Build Your Pipeline:
    Generate at least 30% of your pipeline through your own outreach, demonstrating a strong ability to source and close new opportunities independently.

  • Engage Senior Sales Leaders:
    Build trusted relationships with senior salespeople and decision-makers at leading companies, positioning our solution as a must-have for their teams.

  • Focus on Active Selling and Growth:
    This is a hands-on sales role — ideal for someone who loves direct customer engagement and is motivated to drive results, not just manage processes.

  • Uncapped Earning Potential:
    Benefit from an uncapped variable compensation structure that rewards high performance and gives you direct control over your earnings.

Your Profile
  • Proven Enterprise SaaS Sales Success:
    Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales.

  • Pipeline Builder:
    Highly proactive in generating leads and building new business opportunities.

  • Trusted Relationship-Builder:
    Authentic, down-to-earth communicator who can connect with senior sales professionals.

  • Fluent in German and English:
    Full professional fluency in both languages to successfully engage with our target customers.

  • Technical Aptitude:
    A technical background is a plus and helps in navigating complex sales conversations.

  • Motivated and Hands-On:
    Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, eager to roll up their sleeves and contribute directly to the company’s growth story.
